This CD contains a metaphorical tale that can be helpful to children. Teaching them ways in which they can use their imagination to relax and sleep. The story was created for my grandchildren and had also been given to other children who have problems sleeping.  They found the story enthralling and in the words of one of my clients, Erika, "he sleeps, for the first time since his birth he goes to bed and sleeps."
