Praesto uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. Our security certificate is issued by Equifax through SSLrelay and we use SSL 128 bit key encryption - US industry standard security software. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

All information you give to Praesto is stored securely, and is not accessible to people or organisations outside the Praesto Group, unless you give us your express consent.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you or pass your information to another trader unless you have given us your consent. In order to process your payment we may provide financial information to our account processors (including banks and such organisations).

The details of your order/contract will be stored. For security reasons your order details are not available via the internet. This data is kept in confidence in accordance with our privacy policy. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us at info@feelkarma.com If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If you place an order with us, we assume that you are interested in other products and services from the Praesto Group. Therefore we add you to our mailing list as an existing client. However you can opt out of this arrangement at any time. Just email info@feelkarma.com with your request.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We do not knowingly collect for company use any personal information of children under 12 without the consent of their parent or carer.
