Ordering information

We send your delivery by Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise specified. Where necessary urgent or sensitive items will be shipped by either recorded or special delivery. International orders are usually sent using a ‘signed for’ service. Because the cost of postage depends on what items are ordered, you will see how much the postage is when you place the order.

Please ensure you notify us within 21days if you do not receive your order, as after 21 days items cannot be traced
