StressCHECK® Limited offer a unique service to all Feel Karma customers, we manage and ship all items bought from the Feel Karma website.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the navigation buttons, type in the quantity you require (the price will update automatically) and click on "Add to Basket" to put them into your shopping cart. You will be shown the current contents of your shopping cart. After you have finished selecting the items you require, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to confirm the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through the Sagepay (formerly Protx) VSP secure online payment system to ensure the privacy and security of your transactions with us. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
If you require larger than usual quantities, please contact us directly as we may be able to offer additional discounts.
For orders disptached to the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable. All other orders are VAT free.
Important - Distance Selling Regulations
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address above.
If it is more convenient, we can arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.

We will dispatch your order right away providing the goods are in stock. Delivery within the UK will normally be made within 5 business days, while International orders are generally delivered within 14 days. You can check the current status of any orders you have placed with us on the "My Account" page when you are logged into the site.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This will be shown as "Awaiting Restock" in the order status on the "My Account" page. Please email us directly if you wish to cancel an out-of-stock item from your order.
Credit Card Security
StressCHECK® uses the Sagepay (formerly Protx) VSP secure online payment system for all credit card transactions. We do not collect or store your credit card details.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details when you open an account with us.
